Remote Monitoring
In response to demand we have another quality product for our clients.
We are able to monitor servers and workstations remotely. Backup and antivirus monitoring, start-of-day monitoring, round-the-clock monitoring, server and workstation Total Care.
Reports are generated for the daily and weekly. Errors and problems are easy to spot on the dashboard and email alerts are sent to us and to the client if they wish. Alerts can even be sent by SMS.
Costs are extremely reasonable, a server and 10 workstations will cost between £25 and £45 a month depending on how many alerts are configured
Stand alone PCs can be monitored as well.
